
Resources for Juvenile Lawyers
The Juvenile Law Resource Center (JLRC) is a
program of Youth, Rights & Justice that assists
attorneys representing parents in child welfare dependency
proceedings throughout Oregon. The JLRC is supported by the Oregon
Office of Public Defense Services (OPDS).
The Juvenile Law Reader is
published six times per year. The reader provides case law
updates, resources and articles for juvenile law practitioners,
court personnel, child and parent advocates, and others.

Principles and Standards for Counsel in
Criminal, Delinquency, Dependency,
and Civil Commitment Cases adopted by the Oregon State Bar in 2006.

Youth, Rights & Justice works to improve public policy related to child welfare,
juvenile justice, education, children's healthcare and other
related issues.
