significant drop in psychotropic medication of Oregon foster
children after reforms supported by Youth, Rights & Justice are
put in place.
Youth, Rights & Justice was successful in passing SB 408 in 2011.
The substantinve sections of the bill go into effect January 1,
2012. The new law will expand relief options for juveiles
