• January 7, 2008 – Juvenile Rights Project, Inc. released a proposal for improving the safety and well-being of vulnerable children in Oregon. “Foster Care and Beyond” outlines six critical goals for Oregon’s child welfare system. The document includes recommended action steps and measurable outcomes for each goal.
